  26. You do not state whate modem chipset you have but by the AT commands you 
  27. are using I assume it is a Cirrus. In order to go back into command mode 
  28. you have to pass a data stream terminator which in your case is hex $10 
  29. $03 (DLE) (ETX). You should then receive the OK prompt.
